Below you’ll find helpful information about your trip, policies, and services to assist you as you prepare for your journey with Snap Finance. If you have additional questions, please contact us — we’re here to ensure every part of your trip is seamless from start to finish.

Before My Trip

Weather conditions will be hot and humid during the day (mid 70s - low 90s). Be sure to pack comfortable clothing for the heat. Below are some recommended items:

  • swimsuit, sunscreen, hat

  • shorts, capris

  • comfortable sneakers/tennis shoes, socks

  • flip flops/sandals

  • swimsuit wrap/cover-up

  • polos/collared shirts, blouses/dresses, pants/slacks (for certain group banquets and dinners)

  • toiletries, medications (do not leave these in a checked bag)

  • phone, laptop, chargers

  • credit/debit cards for personal expenses

Insurance coverage for the dates of the travel program is provided. Such insurance can protect travelers in cases of medical emergencies, accidents, baggage delays, and possible delays with group flights. In such cases, each traveler would file a claim with the insurance provider as needed.

Additional insurance coverage leading up to the actual travel program is not provided (such as trip cancellation due to personal reasons prior to departure).

Flights

Upgrades are not available on group airline contracts. If you wish to upgrade your seat or modify your flight, please contact Eileen Castro no later than March 7th, 2026. After these dates, we will be unable to assist with alternate flight or seat arrangements.

In accordance with airline group contract policies, all tickets will be issued on the dates listed above, and flight confirmations will be sent to participants prior to travel. Your exact airline will be assigned at random based on the number of seats available.

For each individual traveler, you are allowed one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs or one (1) carry on bag.  Each traveler can board the plane with just one (1) personal item (like a backpack or purse). Due to limited cargo space on bus transfers, we do ask that each individual bring just one (1) checked bag per person to Mexico.

A passport is required for this trip and must be valid for at least 6 months BEYOND travel dates. Your passport must be shown at the airport and upon hotel/resort check-in. Flights will be booked with the EXACT NAME that appears on the submitted passport.
